The Equipment

The DJI Mavic Zoom quadcopter is a small unmanned aircraft system (drone) and is a remarkable piece of equipment using state of art technology. Small enough to fit in a jacket pocket and take on the mountains as well as taking extremely detailed 4K imagery for building surveys and roof inspections or just fabulous panoramic views.

ABOUT YOUR PILOT

As Flighthaven's business owner and your drone pilot, feel confident that your specific needs will be met. A retired chartered civil engineer by profession, I have a passion for aerial photography and employing drones to provide access to those areas you just cannot reach by traditional means

Why Come to Us?

I am a fully qualified drone pilot with over 7 years flying experience in complex locations. I operate strictly within Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA) regulations for commercial work. I hold public liability insurance covering all my operational activities, protecting your interests. I hold a current CAA Operational Authorisation under the 2021 post Brexit arrangements (CAA Ref. UAS 8571).
